The operations manager for the UCDHS Practice Management Group is responsible for
providing overall support and direction for the day-to-day administrative operations of the
PMG.
Duties include collaborating with all appropriate components of UCDHS, and UCDHS
leadership, including the School of Medicine, providing leadership and management of the
PMG administrative staff; managing the daily operations of the PMG and providing financial
and other analyses and budget information.
Successful candidates must demonstrate experience in the management and oversight of a
group practice, academic environment preferred. Strong financial analysis and reporting
experience, leadership and strategic planning skills, and human resource management skills.
